About US

- Hien (she/her): shy, cat person, BTS simp, I do make my own dolls at @utopiababies (^つωฅ^)
- Koo (they/them): Lover of white haired dolls. Miku fancier. Cat dad. I help with organizing forms and proofreading!

- Wacoon (she/her): Assists with posting order forms. Buys dolls all day long. ♡
- Brina (she/her): Helps with Facebook posts and the occasional email. Addicted to all things plushie and cute!

Services we can provide:
- Open a group order (GO) for items that are on sale
- Buy from Taobao, Xianyu (Individual order (IO) requests are open)
- Help you custom order your own dolls through Chinese factories
- Help with wechatpay, alipay payment

ORDER PrOcess

1 - Read the order form that is attached to my Twitter post
2 - Send the 1st payment and fill out the form by the deadline (be sure to hit the submit button)
3 - Receive a confirmation email from me 3-5 days after your form was submitted
4 - Wait 6 months (maybe longer) for the items to be manufactured and arrive first at my Chinese address and then my USA address
5 - Receive a 2nd payment request from me by email and pay in time
6 - I pack the items and ship them out to you

PAYMENT

Send payment to this paypal account

There will be 2 payments for group orders:
- 1st payment includes:
+ Price of your items
+ Transaction fee & conversion fee
+ Domestic shipping fee within CHN (from the maker to my CHN address)
- 2nd payment includes:

+ EMS fee (from CHN to me)
+ USPS domestic shipping fee within USA (from me to you)
for international orders:
+* EMS fee (from CHN to me)*
+ USPS intl shipping fee (from me to you)

- 2nd payment request will be sent when the items arrive at my house and are ready to be shipped

- I only accept payment through Family & Friends on paypal from USA participants. Any payment received through the Goods & Services method will be refunded.
- You may pay through G & S if you are an international participant and do not have F & F available, but please remember to add the paypal fee. (Fee can be calculated by this site)

REFUND

Refunds will only be sent if:
+ Production is canceled, I failed to open the GO, and I still have your money or receive a refund from the maker
Refunds will not be sent if:
+ You drop the group midway or you don't pay the 2nd payment
+ The maker disappears or is a scam/ghost maker
+ Package lost/missing items

SHIPPING

EMS cost: varies
This fee will be split amongst all participants. I don't know how much it will cost until the package arrives at my home!Domestic shipping rates:
I ship items via USPS First-Class Package Service.

I do not hold items for combined shipping for domestic orders; however, I can hold up items for up to 2 months for international orders.

+ I will not take any responsibility for lost, missing, or damaged items. However, I will try my 100% best to prevent these issues.
+ If you do not send the 2nd payment or ignore my payment request, I will put your items up for reclaim. You will not receive a refund.
+ These items take a LONG time to arrive; from 6 months up to a year. Delays frequently happen. Please be patient when joining our GOs.

CUSTOM DOLLS

Please send all custom doll inquiry to @utopiababies on Twitter, so your messages won't get lost among other GO orders.For a small fee✨, Utopia offers a custom proxy service to help creators communicate with their preferred factory, pay for their doll, and ship it to their US (or international) address.We will only be taking a limited number (5 max) of custom orders each month due to time constraints.Before you reserve your slot with us, please have your doll specifications and design ready to send to a factory, and review the prices and list of factories below. If you do not have these ready, we will reject you and take another order..✨The small fee will be based on which factory you choose and how easy/difficult it is to work with them. Please DO NOT send us any money until we ask for your payment.
